We are a young family and moved to the Borders in 2024, having fallen in love in Edinburgh, where we were dedicated organic veg box subscribers for many years.
When we made moved to the countryside, we assumed we’d find a bounty of organic produce on our doorstep. But we quickly realised that, despite our location, access to fresh, certified-organic fruit and veg was surprisingly limited.
That gap sparked an idea: to bring high-quality organic food to the Borders in a reliable, affordable, and community-minded way.
Ewan is from Glasgow and enjoyed a successful career in the coffee industry in roles ranging from hospitality and sales to consultancy and commodities, before studying Theology at Edinburgh University as a mature student.
Klara is from the Borders herself and is first and foremost, a mother. She is also a facilitator of yoga and is currently studying for a diploma in Ayurveda and Lifestyle Consultancy, and can be found behind the counter at Nourish and Blossom in Peebles on Saturdays.
