How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely free - always.

Can I change the contents of my box?

Our model is built on aggregating premium, certified-organic produce, which requires sacrificing some flexibility - that means we can't offer custom selections.

That being said, we get it - if there’s something you really can’t eat (or just don’t want), get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We can’t promise swaps every time, but we’ll try where we can.

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken six days before your delivery, at about 11pm.

When will my box arrive? Can I choose the day?

Delivery days are assigned based on your location and supplier delivery days, so unfortunately you can’t choose the day, but it will be the same day each week. If you're not home, we can leave your box in a safe place — just let us know your preference.

Can I get a fruit box on its own?

Not at the moment. Fruit boxes are available only as an add-on to a veg box.

Do you sell eggs? What about butter, cheese, or other animal products?

We sell six packs of organic eggs from the Scottish Borders and are in discussions with a small handful of Scottish dairy farmers in order to stock their produce.

What size of box should I get?

Our small box is ideal for one adult for a week, the large box suits two adults. Try one for a week and adjust from there.

You can also add extras like a fruit box or seasoning like organic garlic to your order.

Do I need to be home to receive my box?

No, just let us know where to leave it (somewhere dry and out-of-sight is recommended). If you like, you can give us a key to a common stairwell for instance, and we can leave your box safe and dry at your door.

How often can I get a delivery?

You can choose to receive a box weekly, fortnightly, every three or four weeks, or as a one-off.

Is all your produce organic?

Yes. We have been audited and certified as Organic Processors by the Scottish Organic Producers Association (SOPA), which guarantees the organic status of everything we buy and sell, no exceptions.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across the Tweed Valley, Galashiels, Tweedbank, Melrose, Hawick, Stow, Heriot, Jedburgh, Selkirk, Newtown St. Boswells, Earlston, Eyemouth, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Coldstream, Duns, and most places in-between.

Yes! We supply cafes, bars, and restaurants with high-quality certified-organic produce, and deliver fresh fruit boxes to offices across the Borders each week.
