These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Moss Organics (referred to as “Moss Organics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and all orders you place for the goods and produce advertised for sale on our website, https://www.moss-organics.com.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they affect your rights and obligations under law. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check this page periodically for any updates. If you do not agree to any changes, please inform us and we will cancel any future orders.
To place an order with Moss Organics, you must be at least 18 years old or, if you are a business, operated by someone over the age of 18.
You must register for an account before ordering. This is not a credit account—payment is required prior to each delivery (see section 4).
You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details are accurate and up-to-date. We process all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you are given a password to access your account, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for all orders placed under that password. Do not share your password with anyone else. If needed, passwords can be reset on request.
Payment is accepted via valid credit or debit card through Stripe, our secure payment provider.
For retail customers, payment is due at least one day prior to your scheduled delivery.
For wholesale customers, payment may be made via BACS by prior arrangement.
We do not store any card details ourselves. You must keep your payment details up to date within your account. We may notify you if your card expires or fails.
We reserve the right to withhold deliveries if payment is not received by the stated deadlines.
Orders must be submitted via our website. Your order is considered an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email.
All orders are locked-in weekly on Wednesday, and deliveries are scheduled for the following week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, depending on your area.
Product availability can vary. If an item is unavailable, you will not be charged, and a credit will be issued, which may be refunded upon request.
Some items are priced by weight. These weights are approximate, and you will be charged based on the actual weight delivered.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must do so before the Wednesday order deadline. Cancellations after this time will not be accepted, and you remain liable for payment. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases.
We deliver to addresses in the Scottish Borders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, based on location.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or give us clear instructions for a safe drop-off. If your delivery is stolen or damaged after being left as instructed, we are not liable.
Delivery days may change due to holidays or operational needs. We will notify you in advance of any changes.
If goods arrive damaged, missing, or of poor quality, please notify us within 24 hours. We may inspect returned items and will issue a replacement or refund if the issue is our fault.
We cannot accept returns of fresh produce unless an error was made in delivery. If this happens, please leave the incorrect items out for collection.
Moss Organics may suspend or cancel your order or registration at our discretion, especially if you breach these Terms.
You may cancel your registration at any time by phone or email, with at least 48 hours' notice before your next delivery.

All content on the Moss Organics website is owned by us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We aim to provide continuous website access, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or fault-free.
Access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance or updates. Please contact us by phone or email if you need to place or amend an order during downtime.
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for any loss resulting from use of our website or products unless due to our negligence.
Our liability for faulty goods is limited to their replacement or a refund. We do not accept liability for indirect or business-related losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.
If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your right to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots Law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
